Science

This trimester for science we have been studying the moon.  We have been learning why it looks different at different times.  We will continue to learn and discuss the reason behond the phases of the moon, and we will also learn the names of the different phases.  In order to help your child learn about the repeating phases of the moon Mrs. Robert's and I will be sending home a moon log.  You and your child will be able to record what the moon looks like each night over the month of October.  It is our hope that you will enjoy doing these observations with your child, and that you will hear them connect what they learn at school with what they observe with you.  More information and a the log sheet will come home tomorrow.
